SAFETY IS VERY IMPORTANT to Patrick Firearms. We make sure not to have any live real ammunition in the classroom, and I agree to comply with this safety procedure by not having any live real ammunition in the classroom either.

Our classroom classes consist of instruction, hands-on safety discussions and procedures, handling and use of handguns (both real and training guns), and dry fire training using state-of-the-art computerized laser shot technology, muzzle motion-sensors, and CO2 discharges from training guns.  Even though no live ammunition is used in our classroom classes, guns are mechanical in nature, and CO2 cartridges and lasers take care in handling and use, therefore injuries may occur.  Additionally, if you choose the Patrick Firearms live-fire instruction training held at a local shooting range, you will be using real live ammunition, and most likely you will be exposed to others around you doing the same.  

I agree to accept and assume all risks while attending any class and training at Patrick Firearms site or in conjunction at any shooting range.  I agree to assume all responsibility and liability for any acts by me, including acts that cause injury to me or any third party.  I agree that I, my next of kin, heirs, and representatives agree to indemnify and hold harmless Patrick Firearms, including any and all representatives and affiliated individuals from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, expenses, causes of action, attachment of property or liability of any kind whatsoever, even if such are results partially or wholly from any negligent act or omissions to act.

I understand that these are non-certified instructional classes and cover many of the safety procedures and shooting improvement techniques, but as in most any training sessions, they may contain errors and omissions, and therefore I agree that these sessions should not be used as my sole source of training information for safety and operating procedures. 

I attest that I am a United States citizen, over the age of 21, and that I am not a Felon, and I do not have any restraining order or other legal directive that keeps me from using a handgun legally.  I agree to provide a valid ID (Driver's License or Passport) for name and age verification. 

I understand and agree that this agreement shall remain in full force and effect from the date of execution and ever after and shall be applicable for every occasion that I enter the Patrick Firearms facility or on to a shooting range in conjunction with Patrick Firearms training and instruction classes unless expressly withdrawn by me by a subsequent writing delivered to Patrick Firearms.
